PaperTrail Folio

Coursework, marks, predicted grades and everything the IB asks for, in one place. Folio keeps one record for each student of the work the Diploma Programme requires.

What it tracks

CAS

Experiences, reflections, evidence, supervisor sign-off, interviews and the seven learning outcomes.

The Extended Essay

Research question, reflection sessions, drafts, the final essay, the viva voce and the reflection form.

Theory of Knowledge

The exhibition, the essay, the TK/PPF interactions, marking and predicted grades.

Internal assessments

Each subject's components, handed in, marked and made ready for upload to the IB.

Predicted grades and dates

Reporting points, due dates and what is still to come, for every year group.

Who uses it

Students see their own progress, hand in their work and see what is due.
Teachers and supervisors read, mark and comment on the work of the students they teach.
IB coordinators see the whole year group and prepare what the school sends to the IB.

Access is by invitation only. A school’s IB coordinator adds its students and staff; signing in with Google does not by itself give anyone access.

Signing in with Google

Folio uses Google sign-in with your school account. It asks Google only for your name, email address and profile picture, to recognise you and match you to your school’s records. It does not read your email, files or calendar.
